We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to jin our team at ‘Saul Rhand Architecture. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture or construction management and a proven track record of managing successful projects from concept to completion. In this role, you wil be responsible for collaborating with cients, architects, and contractors to ensure project success, preparing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring project compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand their design needs and vision
Create innovative and sustainable designs for new construction and renovation projects
Prepare detailed drawings and plans for projects
Stay current on industry trends and building codes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
3-5 years of experience in architectural design
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
Strong design portfolio
